The staff were ultra friendly and supportive, especially Ahmad, Talha and Eran, Talha's smile and friendly face was very memorable. The welcome from Brbaros was sweet. The hotel was clean, the internet is surprisingly fast, i used is for video conferencing without a hiccup! The house keeping staff also were very good and very clean.

The hospitality of hotel personnel (special thanks to Ahmed) who welcomed us regardless of early arrival, which we did appreciate greatly after sleepless night and 10,5-hr bus trip. The room was cosy and clean, water and kettle to have a tea, all items in bathroom, the SPA free for guests as well as Ahmed’s attentiveness made our day and revived us. The breakfast was full and varied. It is served at 6th floor with nice view of city area and calm atmosphere. The restaurant staff members are also efficient and show warmth and care.

I like so much the room is beautiful I like to come again in this hotel because of staff or employee's there were so nice and smiling and surviving with their hart ,really I felt very comfortable and warm feeling because of them ..I will thank all the employees there Amurallah he was sooo nice and serves with big effort to smile and Ahmad and Berhat in reception enythig I need they immediately serve and advice us if we want go some where .the employers so friendly they let me as I am in my home ...the breakfast delicious and beautiful Tara's in the restaurant there is wonderful waiter her name is Melek she made me love to be in the restaurant she was so kind and friendly and serve us professionally ..so this is my experience there I would like to come again to this beautiful hotel

The Staff, speacially Barbaros at the lobby, great hospitality guy, I arrived very early (before check in) and he was kind, he understood that I was really tired with my flight and jet lag, and he did his best to arrange everything as soon as possible, always with an Smile and very gentle 💖

The staff and Management is really excellent and take care of your very needs. The Desk Girl Manager was so helpful like Mehmet and Barbaros. Room was calm and quiet, clean, so nice time there !

I recently stayed at the Mid Mar Deluxe Hotel in Istanbul and was thoroughly impressed. The spacious rooms, exceptional hospitality of the staff, big thanks to Mr.Barbaros, and the abundant and well-prepared breakfast made my stay truly enjoyable. Like the hospitality given by each staff member at the Hotel including Ahmad / Omar / Manager and team. During the first day my forex card was not working due to a server issue, they allowed me to stay and I paid the next day. A total of 6 nights stayed and loved the way they took care. Breakfast was in good range for all the varieties. Ultimately it's good and valuable with a budget hotel price.

Staff were amazing - Ömer, Ahmed and the others were very polite, kind and helpful! Location was great and was central to where I needed to be each day. Coming from Australia they made the booking process and answering my questions very, very easy! Thank you so much! Will definitely stay again!

The location is near expo center ( comfortable for people who come for any business exhibition). Very polite staff, thanks Ahmed for assisting during our living in the hotel.
